FreeStyle LibreLink - PL 2.12.0

The FreeStyle LibreLink application has been approved for use with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors. You can check your glucose levels by scanning the sensor with your phone. Now, users of the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor can receive automatic glucose readings in the FreeStyle LibreLink app, updated every minute, and receive alerts when glucose levels are low or high.

The FreeStyle LibreLink app can be used to:

• Review your current glucose readings, trend arrows, and glucose measurement history.
• Receive alerts about low or high glucose levels from FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors.
• Access reports, including time in range data and daily user trends.
• Share your data with your doctor and family members, after granting permission.

USING THE APP AND READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR

Alerts can be triggered on either the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or the user's phone (not both devices). To receive alerts on your phone, you need to start the sensor using the app. To receive alerts on the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader, you need to start the sensor using the reader. After starting the sensor with the reader, you can also scan that sensor with your phone.

It's important to note that the app and reader do not share data. To have full information on a specific device, you should scan your sensor with that device every 8 hours. Otherwise, reports may not contain all user data. Transmitting and viewing data obtained using all user devices is possible on LibreView.com.

The FreeStyle LibreLink app is intended for measuring glucose levels in people with diabetes and should be used with a sensor.
